At the bar, on the other side of a man who’d started talking to me about the regrets he’d had in life, as well as the things in his life that he didn’t regret (but that he’d been happy or grateful for) a man was watching a sporting event that was being broadcast on a television set that was located on a wall at a height that allowed everyone to see it.
