From the Desk of … CA Conrad
This week I asked poet CA Conrad to share a picture and talk about one item on his desk.
Aragonite is the caramel colored crystal in the far left and far right of the picture. The metaphysical properties of the crystal focus on healing ecosystems. When doing my “Resurrect Extinct Vibration” (Soma)tic poetry ritual where I lie on the earth and listen to field recordings of recently extinct animals I always have aragonite in my left and right hands while in trance. The ritual and the crystals reconnect me with the natural cycles of life and help end my alienation from the planet: home as ubiquitous home. – CA Conrad
